四道關鍵工序Four Key Processes
創文誼自設生產廠房，全機器自動線生產，配備水刀及切割設備，由圖紙傳送、開料、加工到成品檢測一站式完成。CMY operates its own plant with a fully automated line plus water-jet and cutting equipment — from drawing transfer and cutting to processing and final inspection, all completed in-house.

把設計圖紙直接轉換為生產數據，減少人手開料誤差，是廠內自動化生產線的第一步。Design drawings are converted directly into production data, reducing manual cutting errors — the first step of the automated production line.
STEP 01去水花紋Drainage GroovingDrainage Grooving
於盆底加工去水斜度與導水紋路，確保排水順暢、不積水，同時保持盆體外觀簡潔。Drainage slopes and guiding grooves are machined into the basin base so water drains freely without pooling, while keeping the basin visually clean.
STEP 02熱塑浮膠Thermoforming GlueThermoforming Glue
熱塑工序中配合專用膠料，令弧形與立體造型的接合穩固、表面打磨後不留痕跡。A dedicated adhesive is used during thermoforming so curved and three-dimensional shapes bond firmly and sand back to an invisible finish.
STEP 03熱塑技術Thermoforming TechnologyThermoforming Technology
將板材加熱軟化後彎曲成型，做出弧形檯面、圓角收邊與立體盆體，突破平板材料的造型限制。Sheets are heated, softened and curved into radiused countertops, rounded edges and three-dimensional basins — beyond the limits of flat material.
