保養 MaintenanceMaintenance

日常清潔方式、刮痕處理與翻新打磨建議。輕微刮痕可自行打磨或安排上門處理。Day-to-day cleaning, scratch treatment and refinishing advice — light scratches can be sanded yourself or handled on site by our team.

安裝 InstallationInstallation

上門量度、現場開孔、盆體與檯面拼接及收邊，由自家工程團隊完成。On-site measurement, cut-outs, basin-to-countertop joining and edge finishing, carried out by our own engineering team.

關於保養、接縫、安裝與色板，最常被問到的幾件事。The questions we are asked most often about care, joints, installation and samples.

無縫石檯面日常如何保養？How do I look after a solid surface countertop?
日常以清水或中性清潔劑配合軟布擦拭即可。避免長時間放置強酸、強鹼或高溫物件（建議使用隔熱墊）。如出現輕微刮痕，可用細砂紙沿紋理方向打磨後拋光，回復原有光澤。Wipe with water or a mild neutral cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid leaving strong acids, alkalis or hot objects on the surface (use a trivet). Light scratches can be sanded along the grain with fine abrasive and polished back to the original sheen.
無縫石的接縫真的看不到嗎？Are the joints really invisible?
可以做到接近隱形。接縫以同色專用膠料黏合，經打磨拋光後幾乎不可見；盆體亦可與檯面一體成型製作，沒有接縫可藏污。Effectively yes. Joints are bonded with a colour-matched adhesive and sanded and polished until almost invisible. Basins can also be integrally moulded with the countertop so there is no joint to trap dirt.
安裝需要多長時間？How long does installation take?
需視現場尺寸、造型複雜度與開孔數量而定。我們會在上門量度後提供具體的生產及施工安排，並與您確認時間表。It depends on the site dimensions, complexity of the shape and the number of cut-outs. After on-site measurement we will provide a concrete production and installation schedule for your confirmation.
色板與實物會有色差嗎？Will the sample match the finished item?
色板顏色會因螢幕顯示而略有差異。建議索取實物色板確認；同一項目如需補件，我們會按原批記錄配對。Screen rendering causes slight variation. We recommend confirming with a physical sample; for later additions to the same project we match against the original batch record.
可以只買材料，不包安裝嗎？Can I buy material only, without installation?
